Kobus\u2019 menu is all about celebrating the ocean\u2019s freshest treasures and what inspires him. You can expect a mix of innovative and authentic dishes, from \u00e9clade de moule<\/em> (a classic French mussel dish cooked with pine needles) to g\u00e2teau \u00e0 la broche,<\/em> and “boere-baisse”<\/em> \u2013 a local twist on the famous Mediterranean fish soup.<\/p>\n
