For those who never made it to their Johannesburg spot, here\u2019s a quick refresher. Farro built its reputation on refined yet approachable European cooking \u2013 flavour-first plates with zero fuss. Their Illovo restaurant was a hit, but unfortunately, didn\u2019t survive the lockdown. A popular Cape Town pop-up in 2022 hinted at a comeback, and a reboot at Gabri\u00eblskloof in the Overberg kept loyal fans flocking in. Now, Alex and Eloise are ready to bring things full circle with a new home in Cape Town.<\/p>\n
