Arum, the latest restaurant from acclaimed Chef Peter Tempelhoff and the award-winning FYN<\/a> Group, now occupies the former Die Werf space on the idyllic Winelands property. Set inside the estate\u2019s original 1812 cellar, Arum brings a bold farm-to-fire dining experience to Franschhoek, celebrating Boschendal\u2019s agricultural heritage with local, seasonal ingredients and a strong sense of terroir. For Chef Peter, Arum represents the coming together of place, produce, and philosophy. \u201cBoschendal brought all of those elements together,\u201d he says, \u201cas a heritage wine estate and agricultural haven, it was an opportunity I couldn\u2019t pass up \u2013 a chance to create something that reflects Boschendal\u2019s deep connection to the land.\u201d Open Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner.<\/p>\n
