Chefs Warehouse & Canteen<\/a> on Bree Street<\/a> is launching a new weekly BYO (bring your own) Saturday lunch, starting on 11 April 2026. This new addition brings back the restaurant\u2019s original focus on shared meals and communal dining. And, what\u2019s more, there\u2019s no corkage fee \u2013 a rare move that warmly welcomes the local wine community.<\/p>\nBook Now<\/a>\n

Inspired by the BYO culture in Australia \u2013 where founder Liam Tomlin spent much of his career \u2013 the Saturday lunch invites guests to bring bottles from their own collections to the table. By waiving corkage, Chefs Warehouse & Canteen<\/a> makes this style of dining more accessible, putting the focus on good food, great wine, and the simple pleasure of sharing a meal.<\/p>\n

Chefs Warehouse has always been about sharing, and we\u2019d love to see what locals are drinking and hear some of their great stories around those wines. \u2013 Chef Liam Tomlin <\/p><\/blockquote>\n
