Spring brings something new to the heart of the estate. From 8 October, Siyalima<\/a> introduces a new way of dining, welcoming guests from Tuesday to Sunday for brunch until 12:00, followed by lunch. By day, the menu is lighter and more relaxed, with freshly made p\u00e2tisserie and the buzz of the open-plan kitchen setting the tone.<\/p>\n

From Thursday to Saturday evenings, Siyalima<\/a> takes on a different character. The bistro dinner offering is a more refined affair, made for evenings for two, special celebrations, or simply an unhurried meal on the estate as the Winelands grow quiet around you.<\/p>\n
