This is what you can expect from our modern in-house restaurant COPA. Here we offer a contemporary menu that has been locally sourced and carefully hand-crafted by our executive chef Nigel Stemmet.

COPA restaurant accommodates up to 120 diners with ease. The spacious interior features dazzling décor and ambient lighting setting the tone for a romantic mood and accentuating the tones of cream and copper.

In addition to our à la carte menu, we serve various specials during the week.

Breakfast Saturday and Sunday: 06h30 – 11h00.
Lunch: 12h00 – 16h00.

    What a wonderful Mother’s Day Lunch experience at COPA Restaurant! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly by every staff member, which immediately made us feel special and looked after. The welcome drink was such a lovely touch, and the table setup was absolutely beautiful. The photo backdrop and polaroid station added such a fun and memorable element to the day. The variety of food options was honestly unbelievable — there was something for everyone, and everything looked incredible. The food itself was exceptionally fresh and full of flavour. Some standout favourites for me were the creamy soup paired with the delicious selection of warm breads, and the carvery station, which was by far my absolute favourite. And the desserts were absolutely divine! The tiramisu cups, lemon cake, and sticky pudding with warm custard were the perfect comfort on a cold, gloomy day. A truly memorable afternoon filled with amazing food, beautiful details, and outstanding hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making Mother’s Day so special!

    Service was truly poor; the ambience was inconsistent, and the candles were not lit. A special day for my partner and me, ended up being a talk about how bad the service was. The food took forever to get to us, and it took constant hand gestures to get our male waiter's attention, while the tables around us were getting much better service. My line fish was cold, and it took 15 minutes to get a simple glass of rosé and mango juice, which we only got after the food arrived, yet we ordered it during the long waiting time for the food. The main hostess is the one who really saved the reputation of the restaurant for us, as she would check on us from time to time. For example, she was the one who ensured we actually got the menus we wanted, after trying to get the attention of our waiter. Overall, I was really excited, but I will not be going back or recommending it. You guys were not understaffed; it was just bad service. The individual who recommended the restaurant was also disappointed by our experience, so we won't be returning.
