    Not good value. No chance I will be seeing this restaurant in the foreseeable future.

    Very nice venue and pleasant staff but the lamb was underdone.

    Hi there Henry, thank you for the review, we appreciate your feedback. We are glad that you like our venue, and that you found our staff pleasant. We are so sorry to hear that your lamb was under cooked... Our lamb dish consist of two lamb meat cuts, 1 being the de-boned rolled shoulder, which is braised for 2 hours until soft, and 2 being the herb crusted loin as a duo.. The loin we always cook at medium temperature which we allow to rest before we serve it. We are saddened that the loin was not cooked to your preference which could have been more towards medium-well to well-done. Please feel free to send us an email to kitchen@deuxlions.za.com, in order for us to completely understand why your lamb was under-cooked, as there could have been an error in communication with regards to your preferred temperature request on the lamb loin. We are looking forward hearing from you.
