    We had a very special birthday celebration breakfast for my 82 year old dad. The food was fantastic - the complementary birthday cake was an awesome touch - and Sandra was brilliant with her humour and great service.

    We waited 15 minutes before anyone approached out table to take our drinks order. Overall, service was very, very slow. Long waits for anyone to turn up and see if we needed refills, etc.. We despaired of our plates been cleared so moved them ourselves to the empty table next to us. Not sure why the service was not good, there were only 2 other tables of two in the restaurant - one table having already finished their meals.

    Fabulous as always, the food is flavourful and well combined and the price is affordable. The service as usual was of great standard and staff are very friendly. With the change in weather and not being able to sit outside, we thought it would detract from the experience but the indoor fires are fabulous and make up for the view.

    Best afternoon tea me and the family have ever had. Menu is diverse, super high quality and you will do well to finish everything! I am comparing with Silo Hotel/Granary and Mount Nelson, this one beats it!
