    We arrived to find that the venue was doing their marketing shoot while we were there. This meant that they wanted to split our small party of three during the tasting to accomodate better photos. Then as we started the last session I was asked to move to accommodate another photo of the model/influencer/person so spent that last part on my feet separate from my party. We were then rushed out so quickly so they could finish their photos that I forgot my glasses and phone and had to go back. Marketing shoots should not be done when guest are paying to enjoy your experience. Two of our party work in Tourism and this could have been a nice addition to their tours but not after the total lack of care towards the customer experience.

    My experience was magnific. I was late due to traffic and for getting a bit lost, however the staff still accommodate us and the service was devine. I will definetely recommend to others and go back every single time i go to Cape Town

    Fantastic experience. Great big thank to Thomas, Telani and Aaron for the best time. We felt looked after, learnt so much and had fun.
