Welcome to GOLD Restaurant where dining is a celebration of food, flavours, family and friends, accompanied by live entertainment. Come and celebrate with us.

While honouring African culinary traditions we combine these with modern flavours and techniques to serve up a sophisticated African feast that we change seasonally.

African food is traditionally shared and enjoyed with family and friends. Similarly, our 14-dish tasting menu is served in generous individual and shared portions. Each dish is brought to your table with country of origin, cooking techniques and spicing explained. All our Halaal-certified meat, poultry and fish dishes come with vegetarian or vegan substitutes. Please inform us of your dietary preferences when booking so that we can adjust accordingly.

Family is central to African culture and children are welcome. There is no dress code and were open 7 days a week. We welcome walk-ins when capacity allows but we cannot guarantee availability, so we urge you to pre-book.

    No table despite reservation. We made a reservation 5 days before our dinner. We showed up dressed up and got told that they overbooked. There was no apology no offer of compensation, just "come back tomorrow" and a lot of corporate policies.

    We loved our Spice Experience at Gold! We had a small room with a wonderful dedicated server and plentiful food and wine. It was fun trying and learning about all the different foods and hearing her wonderful stories. We also got to go downstairs and enjoy the drumming show, as well as enjoy some entertainment within our private dining space. Upon booking I was a ;little concerned it might be little touristy, but we thoroughly enjoyed it and I highly recommend! (My only caution is that the special dining room for The Spice Experience is upstairs, so those who have mobility issues may want to book a regular reservation downstairs).

    Great fun experience, doing the drum experience is a must. Thought they could do more entertainment but really enjoyed experience.
