    As always a wonderful meal - this time oxtail with creamy polenta (from their new winter menu) and a table ‘assembled’ tiramisu (a firm favourite) - served by their very friendly and attentive staff to make for a truly memorable meal. The space, decor and ambience of the restaurant provides an opportunity for time to talk, enjoy great food and relax. Very much recommended for those looking for a delightful restaurant with great Italian food!

    Everyone wants to discover a best kept secret. Well we found just that at Ischia restaurant off the Bottelary Road close to Devon Valley. The menu is filled with ‘wow factor’dishes based on family recipes from Napoli. To sample as much as possible we shared 4 starters and 2 deserts. Thoughtful wine selection too. At the moment only open for supper on Friday evenings. Way better value for money and better quality of food than the growing number of over-priced pretentious restaurants in central Stellenbosch. Highly recommended

    A wonderful and authentic Italian restaurant. The dishes are amazing with a great variety on the menu. Drinks are made well and service is smooth. You can see it is a labour of love!
