    We enjoyed a lovely Father's Day outing in the restaurant. It was a lovely, sunny winter's day and would have been perfect if we could enjoy the spectacular views (understandable the deck's awnings were pulled down to shelter from the wind - but they are solid canvas). The kids became fidgety at the table, but lawn and play area are situated downstairs - resulting in one of the adult guests to leave the table and escorts them for supervision. Lawn and views are exquisite - option for outside seating downstairs would have been nice A live performer, artist would've been a special touch (on a day like Father's Day) And candy-floss / popcorn machine for kids (not just during December) should be standard Overall, an all round, carefully considered, establishment that is a true gem and firm favourite to visit!

Unfortunately, we had to cover the sides to protect our other guests from the wind and cold. We appreciate your suggestions, including outdoor seating downstairs. We're actually exploring long-term plans to cover the area with glass, allowing guests to enjoy the views in various weather conditions but this is still in plan and might only be in a few years' time.
