    The gluten-free penne pesto pasta had to be sent back to the kitchen with a lack of pesto and then when returned still didn't have much pesto, plus had macaroni, not penne. Disappointed our guest and she didn't end up eating it, but I was charged for it, which I thought was a little cheeky. We love the restaurant and have never had a meal issue in the past, but this time was disappointing.

There appears to have been a number of unnecessary mistakes at your table. On your next visit we will discount your meal by R200 and assure you that your experience will be as good as you have become accustomed to at our restaurant.

    We had a new waitress - been there for 2 weeks - she paid very little attention to our table. Never came to check on our drinks or if we were satisfied with our food. It took about 7 minutes to get hold of her to order a round of drinks and nearly just as long to bring them. The worst was the bill; we were charged for items that we did not have and or requested. Very disappointing considering that we are regular patrons since 2009. New staff should work under supervision.

    Welcoming, super friendly and professional staff! Menu is vibrant, flavorful, Mediterranean with lots of local flair. Wood fire pizza oven. Pasta, fresh fish, meat, vegetarian dishes with signature chef choices weekly. Desserts & wines are excellent. Produce sourced locally. My favourite restaurant for more than 20 years!
