    Had the privilege of pulling up to Chef Eric’s Winter Pop Up & it’s safe to say — every plate landed ! Brought the homies and ordered the whole menu, not a single passenger on any dish — every component knew its assignment . The heirloom tomato salad ? Fresh, bright, juicy tomatoes with these little whispers of ginger and rooibos that kept tapping you on the shoulder like, “You catch that?” Ridiculous ! The beef tartare was clean, no gimmicks — just pure precision . Then the gochujang short rib… man ! Tender enough to make you question your own braising — sweet heat, deep flavour, falling apart with crunch from the charred broccoliini stems . And the banana bread ? Final boss territory — warm, comforting, then out of nowhere the popcorn comes in and steals the whole show, the textures, sweetness, the little surprises — it all made complete sense . Eric & the team at Math had the formula. Every plate was calculated, every flavour added up, and somehow the sum was always greater than its parts ! Class dismissed but I still need extra lessons — run the equation back cause we will be there !

    Very attentive staff and Management. Good turn around time for food, one doesn’t wait too long. Excellent ambiance and spacing, tables not too close to one another.
