MIKO’s cuisine is best described as a taster to South African favourites with each of the seasonal dishes telling a story, using the freshest most local ingredients, which pair beautifully with our award-winning wine list. With its covered terrace, guests have the option of dining alfresco all year round.

A late afternoon cocktail on the terrace is the perfect way to relax, unwind and enjoy the stunning sunset whilst MIKO’s roaring fireplace in winter is perfect for pairing our MIKO Syrah with one of our seasonal warmer dishes.

    Incredible meal qith my familt. We all selected the chefs taster menu... my sons words "exquisite". The view, the ambience, the service was exceptional. Thank you to the team for creating such a special experience

    Somehow the food didn't hit the spot. The pork was very dry in the pork belly. Then we changed to fish. The fish was fresh but it was absolutely bland. There was no marination done. Not even basic lime and salt.

    The food was incredible, one of the nicest tasting menus I have ever had, the staff are so friendly and welcoming and so attentive, they are very knowledgeable in the wines. The wines from the mont Rochelle vineyard compliment the food so well. The view is also incredible, highly recommend

    Besides some weirdos complaining about nothing( to no fault of the staff), we genuinely had a smooth experience. We were looking for a chill ambience, great options and we received that. Brownie points to the server for not making us small for not knowing anything about wine. We went with their reccommendations and it turned out to be a smart call. Much thank you from these small people from Arkansas.p.s. you must try the pork belly with the garlic potatoes.

    Highly recommended. We had the a la carte menu, and it came with a bunch of little extras! Efficient and friendly service and perfect for a Saturday lunch - relaxed, not rushed, adapted to our timing an rhythm!
