    We celebrated our son’s graduation last night at Ongetem. Not only were the staff attentive and friendly but the food was delicious. Special mention must be made of the desserts and milkshakes which were inspiring and extremely generous portions. Thanks to Ongetem for a memorable celebration!

    Was a great experience. Food was great except the Yellowtail was a bit to dry for the two portions ordererd. The service could have been sharper as we had long periods where we could not attract attention for service. But we enjoyed the experience.

    I was unfortunately disappointed with my recent experience. The service did not meet expectations, as our waiter did not check in regularly or offer drink refills, which left us feeling somewhat overlooked. There was also an issue with my deposit not being deducted from the bill, which was frustrating. That said, I understand everyone can have an off evening, and perhaps this was just one of those nights. I hope management takes this feedback constructively, as I would like to believe this experience was not reflective of the restaurant’s usual standard.
