    I will never visit this restaurant again. We ended up walking out and having dinner at another restaurant instead. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. As we entered, the security guard rudely asked, “Where are you going?” We then walked to the entrance, where two hostesses completely ignored us. At the front desk, no one greeted or acknowledged us until I eventually had to say that we had a reservation. We were carrying two balloons that had been given to us by the Beverly Hills Hotel to celebrate my sister’s birthday. Instead of politely explaining their policy, the lady at the front desk abruptly told us that we couldn’t bring the balloons inside. Once seated, we were met with an extremely loud atmosphere, with the soccer on at high volume and people talking over one another. We were handed the menus, and the same front desk lady explained them in an unfriendly, dismissive manner before walking away. At that point, I realised I had no desire to spend my hard-earned money at an establishment where guests are treated with such indifference and disrespect. Hospitality begins the moment a customer walks through the door, and unfortunately, this restaurant failed at every step. We left and enjoyed a much more welcoming dining experience elsewhere.
