    This was our first experience at Signature. Our experience was outstanding. It is not inexpensive, but the food, the front of house staff and ambiance were exceptional. We had a dumpling starter, the dumplings were perfect and the sauce was exceptional (you need to open the dumpling a bit and let the sauce get in, to have the perfect mouth feel). Judy had the Pork Belly and it was moist, tender and the topping was so complex in flavour and delicious and it made each mouthful a delight. I have travelled all over the world on business and pleasure and eaten in many places, and I have to say that my Calamari main course was the best i have ever tasted. The calamari was incredibly tender and the sauce was absolutely incredible with such depth to the flavour. The sides were cooked perfectly. We ended of sharing a souffle with pistachio ice cream, and it was one of the best souffle's we have both tasted. Round all of this up with perfect presentations on the plates, the attentive and engaging interaction with the front of house team and the management and this topped off by two artists playing jazz music a lady with a voice that was exceptional and the gentleman who played the saxophone, clarinet & flute. What a wonderful evening. Note that music from a Friday to Sunday only starts at 20h00.
