    am extremely disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit to your diner. This was my first time visiting the establishment, after seeing positive reviews and content on TikTok, and I came with high expectations. Unfortunately, the service provided by a staff member named Blessed fell below acceptable standards. He did not inform us about any specials available, which we only became aware of after overhearing another waiter informing different customers. When I asked about the specials, I was told that we “did not ask.” When I then requested to have the special, there was no response or acknowledgment. He simply walked away and later brought our food without addressing the request. This experience gave the impression of poor customer service and lack of attentiveness to guests, particularly first-time visitors. It felt as though we were not treated as valued customers. The only positive aspect of my visit was the welcoming atmosphere at the entrance.
