    I had my sons 4th birthday party here with 24 people in attendance. The staff were very helpful with setup and managed to bring everyones food around the same time. The kids had a really good time.

    Everything was good , they need to work on the kid's menu chicken strips are very dry and have no taste at all , kindly include maybe nuggets and other staff. Otherwise overall experience was perfect

    We had an amazing time at The Fun Factory celebrating with our family and friends. The service was exceptional from start to finish. A special thank you to Kate for going above and beyond to assist me with the preparations, as well as Sibonelo and Siya for their excellent and attentive service. A big thank you to Chef Thato for making sure our platters were prepared on time and exactly as requested. We truly enjoyed our experience and highly recommend The Fun Factory! ❤️
