Your Hosts - Matteo Santini & Maurizio Carlo. These Two where born and raised in Italy. Matteo In the Beautiful Bolognia and Maurizio in Fiery Florence. They have both Traveled the world for the past 10 years and Finally decided to Settle in our beautiful Cape Town. Together have taken over THE WOODLANDS EATERY as of the 01 June 2017.

They strive to incorporate authentic Italian cuisine combined with the delicious existing local flavors. We welcome you into their home and hope that you enjoy and feel part of the famiglia

    We waited nearly an hour for our pizzas. I got the impression that take away orders got preference. I book early. To eat early. And to go home early !!!

    I love coming to The Woodlands for dinner with friends and enjoying a delicious pasta, salad or pizza! The ambience is always good, the food is always fresh and beautifully presented

    Throughly enjoyed the wine pairing evening with good company, food and wine. Will always try and attend as it is a special evening out for good value.
