Located in the seaside village of Glencairn, overlooking the sweeping views of False Bay, Tintswalo Summer House breathes new life into the historic Glencairn Southern Right Hotel originally established in 1904. Blending heritage architecture with modern design, Tintswalo Summer House will offer 12 individually styled guest suites, and the Summer House Eatery, lunch, and dinner in an elegant and relaxed setting.

When visiting us, please note we are a cashless enviroment. Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate children under the age of 12 during dinner service.

    Our Supper Club had an OUTSTANDING evening at The Summer House. The food was next level and so was the service. It is such a lovely winter venue with fires going in the comfortably warm bar and the private diningroom. I thought it was far from Kenilworth but it took us less than half an hour to get there over Kaapseweg and also back via the coast. I can't wait to go back.

Melissa, Nothando, Lungi, Jeinus, Clement and Renee … you were a dream team … we were popping in for a light lunch, and ended up with a tea ceremony & tour of the Summer House - Warmth, golden light, stories & laughter … all core competencies of hospitality management honoured.
