The food was great but the service was not great. The waiters were inattentive and required us to constantly seek them out. The rugby was on which was great and for a little while afterwards we were happy for them to still play the loud celebratory music however 30 minutes after the game music was still blasting so loudly we could not hear each other speak. When we asked for it to be turned down just a little, as it is a restaurant not a bar or nightclub, we were told the one table in the whole restaurant who was still celebrating would turn down the music when they were ready, after that the service we received deteriorated significantly. One man at the loud table got very drunk and said some inappropriate thing about the size of his private parts to a young a girl, it’s a family restaurant, no one said or did anything. It was very disrespectful and a disappointment to see.

We had a wonderful evening and had the most delicious prawns!!
