We loved our date night at bare! And the food was amazing. Definitely planning on coming back.

We recently celebrated my birthday at Bare. By far, the best service I’ve EVER received at a restaurant in Cape Town. I was completely blown away. Everything was seamless, from the booking to the bill. A few minutes after making the reservation, they even sent me a photo of where we will be seated, such a sweet touch and immediately made me feel like we were being taken care of. And then on the night, the service was incredible. Every member of the front of house staff introduced themselves to us, took care of our every need and just spoilt us completely rotten. I’ve been lucky to visit many of Cape Town’s hottest restaurants and Bare’s level of service is totally UNMATCHED. A massive shoutout to every single person working that night. You made my birthday so special, and our whole table noticed the level of care you put into the evening. Thank you for absolutely spoiling us. ❤️ I expected a nice birthday dinner; I did not expect to leave wanting to write a thesis about the service. 😂 Bare is truly a gem!! Bare has set the bar ridiculously high. We will 10000% be back.
