The Blaauwklippen Tasting House offers a range of guided wine tastings that showcase our estate-grown vintages and Stellenbosch heritage. Visitors can experience our philosophy of craftsmanship in an intimate setting, with options for premium tastings and food pairings. The Tasting House at Blaauwklippen reimagines the traditional tasting room. Instead of a single space, it offers multiple rooms where guests can enjoy seasonal pairings designed by winemaker Narina Cloete in collaboration with chefs from De Blaauwe Kitchen. Visitors can choose from pairings such as pizza with wine, mezze platters with selected vintages, or the signature 1682 pairing. Those with a sweet preference may enjoy wine with macarons, or wine with chocolate and cheesecake. Small plates are also available, giving guests the chance to sample and linger at leisure.
