BURI takes the boerewors roll off the street and into a more considered, relaxed setting. It is chef-led, detail-obsessed and still easy to enjoy. Born from Neil Swart and Anouchka Horn’s Belly Restaurant Group, the idea is simple: a proper boerie, done right, served fast and made with quality ingredients.
