The pizzas were, as always, of excellent quality. The service is excellent. Once a standard on the tables, the Banhoek Chilli oil was noticeably absent on all the tables. About a year or so ago, Cartel stopped offering a version with anchovies, and the same for artichokes. Nice additions/touches are slowly removed. Prices are increased. Still the best pizza base and service in town. I wonder when we will reach the stage when so many cuts are made that the locals will stop supporting.
