Corlie’s Italian is a warm, family-run trattoria in Paardevlei where wood-fired pizza is the hero. What started as a passion for proper Neapolitan-style pizza has grown into a destination for handcrafted Italian food made with patience and pride. Our dough ferments for up to 72 hours, our pasta is made fresh, and our gelato is produced in-house using traditional Italian methods. By day, expect a relaxed, welcoming space perfect for coffee, lunch or a scoop of artisanal gelato.
