DUSK is one of Stellenbosch's most decorated restaurants, founded in 2022 by chefs Callan Austin and Darren Badenhorst. Located on historic Plein Street, DUSK has built its reputation through its Signature Tasting Experience. This winter, DUSK introduced an à la carte menu alongside its tasting experience, offering guests a new way to enjoy the restaurant.
