I was truly disappointed, and my experience was not good enough for me to recommend this place to anyone or ever consider visiting the restaurant again. This was my second visit; the first time was work-related, and even then I was unhappy, but I decided to give it a second chance. Firstly, I made a reservation and added some notes through the online booking system. On arrival, I was told I could just select any table, meaning the reservation and all the notes I had added were a waste of time and added no value. The table we were seated at was meant for four people, and it was covered in glasses and plates that hadn't been cleared. This wasn't removed at all: when our drinks arrived, those glasses, plus the eight already on the table, simply remained there. We even struggled to fit our food on the table. This leads me to the service, which was very poor. I felt our waitress had an attitude despite our efforts to be kind, and for this reason I did not bother leaving a tip. She did not clear our table, as mentioned, and whenever we needed anything we had to call her ourselves. She never came to check on us, and didn't even offer us any sauces. The food was equally disappointing. I ordered a steak rare on a hot plate, but the meat was cold in the centre, and I asked for a BBQ basting, which was completely absent. The ambience was okay, but it was disrupted when the whole restaurant started smelling of smoke. In conclusion, I would not recommend this restaurant or speak highly of it.

I booked a 30 person family supper and with great communication before my arrival. it was a smooth dinner with amazing food and service.
