Jack Black Taproom

Our Taproom's open year-round and is home to fresh beer, great food, live music, and some truly epic community events. We also host tours and tastings where you can learn more about all full range of beers, right from the source. We also have a retail store selling merchandise and growlers – available for purchase and refill. In 2016 we opened the doors to our brand-new home in Diep River, Cape Town. Initially, we opened the Taproom as a space for friends and customers to come for a beer, meet the team, and understand the passion that goes into every batch we brew. But soon one day, we decided to open our doors to the world - and we were blown away by the turnout and overwhelmed by the love and support. Hundreds of people went out of their way and queued to get in – in the pouring rain! That night we learnt that we're part of an amazing community consisting of all walks of life. A bunch of people that can't think of anything better than coming together with a pint of ice-cold Jack Black beer. So, we decided to keep the doors to our Taproom open and crafted a delicious, permanent food menu - including our signature burgers and fries as well as some delicious vegan bites.
