My thanks to the restaurant manager. The Chia seed dosh shouldn't have dried, unsoaked seeds, yet it was covered in them. They flipped it, removing even the soaked seeds, which disappointed me but I smiled sweetly, thanked them for their effort. I just hope they read up on chia seeds, how they impact the gut and learn. Because the menu feels like its on the right path but the chefs need to better understand the products. And learn about leaky gut. Thanks to the manager, she was super kind.
