Hi there So apart from all going well, just a slight concern. I had booked table for 4 for 20:30 and upon arrival, we were told there was an event and we had to pay a cover charge. This should have been stipulated beforehand and not when customers show up at the door on the evening of the booking. We were not made aware of this. The Manager also mentioned that we had booked on the evening of an event but this does not reflect anywhere in the booking process. No one plans to pay a cover charge at a restaurant.
