Lanzerac Tasting Room & Deli

Lanzerac is one of my most favourite wine cellars. Great wine, wine and chocolate pairing, food and yes!! Friendly and well trained staff. Just love it.

We visited Langerac for a wine tasting last Sunday, and honestly, it was one of the most beautiful experiences we’ve had. 🍷✨ From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, and caring. A special mention has to go to Rose, who works in the hotel area, and Emmanuel, an amazing Zimbabwean member of staff. They were both so kind, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcomed. Their warmth and hospitality are honestly one of the biggest reasons I would want to come back to Langerac. We also had the pleasure of meeting Sanele, who was equally lovely and made our experience even more enjoyable. Every member of staff we interacted with was friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile. We unfortunately arrived a little late, and the kitchen was already closing, but not once did they make us feel like we were a problem or that we had inconvenienced them. They still served us with such kindness and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. It’s rare to come across a team that makes you feel so genuinely welcomed and valued. The beautiful setting and wine were wonderful, but the people truly made the experience unforgettable. Thank you to Rose, Emmanuel, zanele, and the entire team for making our visit so special.
