Let’s Gather is a shared dinner shaped by seasonal produce grown with real care, in collaboration with Abundantly. The menu features nine courses, and is made using regenerative ingredients and paired with wines from local, sustainability-focused producers. The idea is to slow things down and return to the simple pleasure of sharing a table. Dining has become increasingly rushed and lost that sense of communtity. Let's Gather is about creating something more open, where conversation and connection can happen organically.
