Went there for breakfast. The welcome from Lisa was great., however the food was so disappointing. The description on the menu differs to what is received, I.e no cream cheese on the bagel but garlic butter instead (no communication).
The bagel was old, hence toasted. 1st cappuccino was lovely, 2nd cappuccino ordered...however, received an americano and although I had returned it, I simply received another americano. Chips served with my child's breakfast was just reheated (not fresh). Ordered boerewors with his breakfast, received mini pork sausages instead. Ordered sunny side eggs, received hard, chalky eggs...this was returned and we then received the eggs as originally requested. This was our first (and last) experience at Lorsoni's.
