i know OTG so this was not the usual great service. I feel you did not expect/prepare for the crowd. The TV by our side stopped working which was not good as we could not aee the football really well. Your kitchen and bar were very slow. Took 60 minutes for food and even longer for just chips. Drinks as simple as a can of cold drink took 45 minutes. The atmosphere was amazing though.
