I called 2 hours before we arrived to request for heaters to be put out because it was called and some of our team members were really cold from the office as they did not check the weather. I spoke to someone and informed them of this situation, and they said they will get 2 heaters out...to my surprise when we got there the was nothing and this caused people to leave even before they could finish their food. If I had been informed that we won't get the heaters I would not have shared the news with the team and drag them out to a freezing lunch. The food was amazing as always.
