It happens to all restaurants occasionally, yesterday they had an off day food wise. We had the lunch special, the trinchado starter the beef was very sinewy poor cut off meat and terribly overcooked, they redid it but round 2 was just as bad. The veggie stack was delicious but it arrived cold and had to be sent back forte re heating. My mom's steak was very sinewy as well. The kitchen were also very slow which was surprising because the place was less than half full. This is one of my regular go to places but they just had a really off day
