We made a booking for 3pm and had to pay R800 to reserve the table. Only to get there at 3pm and be told we must go before 4pm because of a private function. If they told us when phoning for the reservation that we will only be able to stay for an hour we would definitively not have gone there and paid the R800. It was a loss of a deposit and a waste of our afternoon. To rush and be done within an hour.
