Horrific experience when trying to make the booking. Especially when Vee, the manager, reminded me she’s doing me a favour by allowing me to come and spend money there.

I am writing to formally express Bash’s absolute disappointment with our experience at your establishment on 12 September. Bash regularly supports this establishment and specifically this branch, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. We visited as a Bash company team outing, intending to relax, have fun and enjoy time together. During the evening, there was a discrepancy regarding a credit, and I was called into the management office three times to discuss it. I specifically asked Roundy, our waitress, three times to confirm the credit and what was required to resolve the matter. I followed the information provided and ordered the additional item as instructed. I was then called into the office again because of an error. I should never have been inconvenienced by an internal staff error, particularly after I had repeatedly asked for confirmation. Customers should not be expected to resolve or pay for mistakes made internally. To make matters worse, once the issue was supposedly resolved and I was ready to leave, a waiter approached me and blocked me from leaving, claiming there was an outstanding bill for an item we had never received. I came to the establishment to relax and enjoy myself with my team, yet I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived. This was completely unacceptable and far removed from the experience we expected. Bash also purchased additional drinks directly from the bar and settled that bill separately, contributing further revenue to the establishment. We followed the instructions given to us and remained cooperative throughout. As a regular customer, Bash expects a much higher standard of communication, accountability and customer service.
