Serving Local Roasted Coffee, Baked Artisan Breads, Classic European & Traditional South African Breakfast. We serve a range of Pastries, Omelettes, Banting and other Classic Breakfasts.

    I had Rib-eye en krummel pap en chakalaka I ask a few times during the order that they must butter fly my meat and it must be dead Well well when i received it it was still pink inside😡😳🤔 i was furious to say the least!! The service was very poor! We waited very long for our food 2

    We went to 101 Meade Street four times during our holiday in George (once for lunch, once for an afternoon cocktail, and twice for dinner), and it was an absolute pleasure every single time. We felt welcome from the moment we entered the restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly, flawlessly professional, patient and helpful with any information we asked for (a big thank you to Marc and Ash, to name just two of them). The menu caters for every taste, the wine list is superb. The food is delicious, tastefully arranged, prepared to perfection. To cut it short, we felt privileged and pampered. A BIG recommendation to everyone visiting George. We look forward to coming back during our next holiday.
