    The menu offered a balance variety of food and it was well prepared. I enjoyed their tripe and samp and the rest of the table had ribeye, ribs and oxtail. The food was well prepared and we had a wide choice of wine on offer. Bontle gave us a great service which was not suffocating. I will be going back again

    The food was great but the portions vs the prices? The drinks were great too, they don’t shy away from the alcohol. It was a little cramped though. Service was great as well

    1947 never disappoints. Great food, amazing atmosphere, beautiful décor, and friendly staff. The perfect spot for a date night, celebration, or simply enjoying a good meal. I'll definitely be back!😊
