Alma redefines the traditional meat dining experience, stepping away from the conventional by offering something truly unique and contemporary. We specialize in the art of flame cooking. Our crafted cuisine is deeply rooted in the mastery of open flame techniques.

Our menu is made of two parts, a gourmet small plates section designed for sharing, encouraging guests to come together and connect their souls over food. The second part covers specialty reef meats and prime cut red meats, creating a dining experience that is both elegant and approachable.

We are inspired by a global palette of ingredients and recipes, bringing together flavours from around the world in a harmonious and sophisticated manner.

I had an amazing dinner experience. The ambience, service and food was top notch. This could easily become a favourite of mine. The steak florentine was delectable and served beautifully. The prawns were amazing too.

The food is incredibly expensive for the value on offer, I ordered the specialty ribeye, it was overcooked with no hints of truffle in the sauce As a starter, I ordered the chicken wings which were grilled on a hibachi, they had no signature char and the sauce was way to spicy and overpowering, my date had the calamari which wasn’t fresh, the sauce lacked character and the restaurant was dead on a Friday night, certainly not a popular choice in the area. On the positive side, our waitress Karabo was amazing, very professional
