Alma redefines the traditional meat dining experience, stepping away from the conventional by offering something truly unique and contemporary. We specialize in the art of flame cooking. Our crafted cuisine is deeply rooted in the mastery of open flame techniques.


Our menu is made of two parts, a gourmet small plates section designed for sharing, encouraging guests to come together and connect their souls over food. The second part covers specialty reef meats and prime cut red meats, creating a dining experience that is both elegant and approachable.

We are inspired by a global palette of ingredients and recipes, bringing together flavours from around the world in a harmonious and sophisticated manner.

    I found it very poor value for money. It was the worst steelworks I have ever had and it cost R80. The food was expensive and not worth the amount paid

    Only issue was that alot of the wines on the wine list were not available, specifically the more affordable options. But the food was spectacular, the service was perfect and the atmosphere is paired back, simple and inviting. Lovely experience, will be back!
