Our menu is made of two parts, a gourmet small plates section designed for sharing, encouraging guests to come together and connect their souls over food. The second part covers specialty reef meats and prime cut red meats, creating a dining experience that is both elegant and approachable.

We are inspired by a global palette of ingredients and recipes, bringing together flavours from around the world in a harmonious and sophisticated manner.

    The starters and main meal were delicious. The wings were especially delicious. The cheesecake was not a group favorite.

    Alma – Craighall Park’s Hidden Gem! Alma hits all the right notes – great food, gorgeous space, and a team that’s as warm as the fire they cook on! I had the meatballs with sides – bursting with flavour – and the sweetcorn salad was prepped to perfection. The brisket roll? Next level. And don’t get me started on the chocolate mousse – a total showstopper. Flavour-packed dishes with that fire-cooked flair. A must-visit!
