    I’m really disappointed with our experience at Amani Woodmead yesterday. We visited to celebrate my friend’s birthday, so we were really looking forward to having a lovely meal and a good experience. Unfortunately, the service was not good and the food experience was quite disappointing. We ordered steaks that were specifically requested medium well, but they arrived medium rare. We sent them back to be corrected, but unfortunately, even after being taken back, they still were not prepared to the level we had requested. This was frustrating, especially because we had already waited and expected the issue to be resolved properly the second time. The only dishes that really stood out for us were the pizza and the Ribs, which were genuinely amazing. Overall, though, the experience did not meet our expectations, particularly given that we were there to celebrate a birthday. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the service and the consistency of the food, because the restaurant clearly has potential.
