    Good day. I am so glad you asked for a review. I had a great experience until I went to the ladies. While this may not the fault of the restaurant itself I do think it’s important for the rest rooms to be checked and cleaned regularly. There were so dirty I couldn’t unfortunately use them and I had to hold it until I got home. Sad part is I went while I was waiting for my food and the food couldn’t go down nicely after. Another thing that really killed my appetite is that when I got to the toilet there was a young lean lady wearing a black uniform coming out of the rest room. I was fixing myself by the mirror as I had decided not to use the toilets. She came out of one of the toilets and fixed hair and immediately dashed out without washing her hands. I assumed she was working in the kitchen since her uniform was different from the waiters. To think someone preparing our food used the toilet and doesn’t wash her hands disgusted me. Even my 6 year old knows to wash his hands. When you interview people while this may seem like a given please ask and please reiterate during training.washing hands is very important when you handle people’s food. I know management do not have control over this but the staff should also care about the brand they work for especially her doing that infront of a customer, I was really disgusted and didn’t enjoy my experience after. Therefore I don’t not know how to rate the above as it was.

    The service was outstanding, thanks to the waiter and manager for ensuring we sorted out the offer option. The prices are a bit high for the portions. Wish they could increase portion sizes. The drinks are also costly, so planning is important when going.
