    We were a large group of about 17 and the service was great for most except 2. One person waited over half an hour for their meal and people who ordered after her received their food first. We had to remind our waiters about the missing meal and it finally arrived. Another person didn’t finish their meal and requested it to be packed for takeaway. After about 15 minutes, we enquired on the takeaway and were informed that a trainee accidentally threw away the food. The takeaway was replaced with a fresh meal hence the four stars. It was not the excellent experience I always receive from the establishment.
