    I came here for my birthday lunch, and honestly, what a disappointment. Half the items on the menu weren’t even available. The small plates were just mid, but the large plates were DISGUSTINGLY HORRIBLE. The pork belly with sliced apples on the side? Guys, please be serious. The roosterkoek was raw in the middle, and the oxtail was mostly fat with barely any meat. Then we told the waiter it was my birthday, I then got this strange cocktail, I was later told it’s soda water, syrup and coffee mixed together ??? It wasn’t explained, had no name, and it was honestly awful. I drove nearly 60 km to celebrate my birthday here, only to leave feeling incredibly disappointed. The experience simply wasn’t worth the trip, and I regret choosing your restaurant for such a special occasion.

    The steak was very tasty. However we ordered the ribeye and it was very tough. Disappointed ☹️

    Notes: 1. The menu is very limited 2. Confusion in special meals 3. Very little food on the plates, not generous portions 4. take a lot of time to clean up tables empty plates

    the service was very slow The food did not come out together Example the salads arrived at the table but the dressing only arrived 20 minutes later My husband’s oxtail was a big disappointment!!! It was not soft & it was extremely tough & salty The rump steak was good Sauce on prawns was not tasty / the tomato sauce was bitter Desserts were excellent Our waiter did try his best The venue is lovely But you need to brush up your skills
