    Kelvin was very informative. He was exceptional. We really enjoyed me and my friends from Canada 🇨🇦 we felt at home. They even shared the view pictures with family and friends back home

    Our family had the worst dining experience ever. We booked a table for 3, for snacks and drinks. Upon arrival we were greeted by a gentleman who showed us the way to the restaurant. There were a lot of staff standing around, most of them not even greeting us. We were showed seats at the Sansibar and also given menus. That was all service we got.Unfortunately no one got back to us to take an order. After we waited for quite a while, decided to leave. Nobody was bothered that we just left.

    Warm and friendly staff.Clean ,beautiful surroundings.Breath taking views. Food was so absolutely well served and perfectly prepared with wonderful attractive garnishment. Holier did an amazing job in helping us put this special event together! Our servers were outstanding, am just sorry we could not recall his name.

    I was not impressed with the wine tasting experience. The lady poured red wine into the same glasses we had juat tasted white wine from and said that is how they normally do it. At R355 per person to taste 4 wines the least you can do ia use clean glasses as it is normally done. The food at Raphaels' was ok but once again the service was seriously lacking. We took the MD of an international UK based travel agency there and she will not recommend it. We took her there unanounced and she was not impressed. It was her first time there and it was veey disappointing.
