    Unfortunately, our experience was marred by slow service with no explanation. Our mains arrived cold, requiring us to request reheating. The wait to pay was excessive, and we ended up having to pay at reception. This is the second time we've had a subpar experience, and it's disappointing as we love the atmosphere. Due to these issues, we won't be returning.
