    The acoustics are not great and you battle to have a conversation at the bigger tables the food and service was good.

    I always enjoy my dining at the Aurum anyday, it's my best Restaurant. Classy clean and professional staff. A perfect place to call second home when you want to unwind.

    The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and the bar is very well stocked. The waiters and bartenders were excellent—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the event. The food was delicious, and the on-the-day service team did a fantastic job. Unfortunately, the service and communication leading up to the event were extremely disappointing. Emails went unanswered, and there was little to no proactive communication. Although the menu selection was confirmed in advance—and we even printed the menus accordingly—we were informed of changes on the day. I also received a call at 8 am on the morning of the event to go through the function sheet, which should have been finalised well beforehand. To add to this, the coordinator I had been dealing with did not greet us or check in at any point during the event. Overall, while the venue and staff on the day were wonderful, the pre-event communication and coordination need significant improvement.

    Not too happy with the food we received, portions were slightly smaller than what we had anticipated, their chocolate dessert was pretty much non existent as it melted before we could even eat it, I honestly had high hopes but was disappointed with the food
