    I absolutely enjoyed my pasta dish. Dessert was hands down the best brownie and ice cream I've ever had. I thoroughly enjoyed it

    We had a truly lovely dinner at Avianto – The Restaurant – Cielo. Opting to sit outdoors was the perfect choice, the ambiance under the open sky was serene and added a special touch to our evening. The food was excellent, each dish we tried was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. The service matched the quality of the meal, the staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel well taken care of from start to finish. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant meal in a beautiful setting.

    This was my third time at the restaurant, the first two times we had the best experience. This time around the service was quite slow. We got seated and only about 15 minutes later a waiter came to our table and brought us the menus. We ordered our drinks then food. The drinks took about 15 minutes, which is expected, food took about an hour or so. The waiter did not come check on us but had to be called a number of times. I ordered a chicken pasta, which Ive had previously ,2 other people on my table also ordered the same dish. I noticed that the chicken was a bit chewy and not tender and juicy as it had been on a previous occasion. I checked with two,how the chicken was, they also said their chicken was chewy but they did not want to send the food back as they were too hungry and didnt to wait even longer for the food to be rectified. I called the waiter and told about my meal and asked they it be remedied. She told me that since I had started eating my food, the kitchen was going to have a problem with my complaint. I was baffled as to what she was saying. If I had not tasted or eating my food then how would I have been able to say the chicken was chewy ( I had taken about 3 spoonfuls of my meal). She was hesitant in taking my plate. I then gave her my plate and advised that I was not going to continue eating the food. She took my food and later bought it back in the same plate I had given her ,she advised that the kitchen had added chicken to my dish and she hopes the chicken is how I like it. I was surprised as to why the same plate had been brought back ( the reason I'm saying same plate of food was given back, my daughter ordered a curry, she did not want the pineapple that was part of her dish, i had poured the same in my dish) that the plate they brought back had the pineapple. I did not want to engage further with the waitress. I asked for a take away and paid my bill. I was disappointed in how my complaint was dealt with and the service on the night.

    Cost restaurant, perfect for any setting. Food was okay and service was excellent, especially Emma’s service. She made our evening perfect.
