The Pavilion provides a unique and luxurious experience that is unmatched in the Valley, and is exclusive to Val de Vie Estate. The Polo Pavilion by Back’s offers a welcome chance to escape the ordinary, dress to impress and transport yourself to a time and place where you can indulge in an intimate dinner or a calm family meal.

We invite all residents and estate guests to embrace and enjoy the refined atmosphere the restaurant provides. Children are welcome, and we kindly ask parents and caregivers to assist in ensuring that the Polo Pavilion remains a peaceful escape for all guests. A custom-made table for 12 guests can also be booked for special occasions like family birthdays or even polo victories.

    Dineplan offered the opportunity to request dietary requirements when booking. We requested one vegan option. Regrettably, that request was ignored and the only choice the guest had was a green salad. NOT good enough.... you run an upmarket restaurant and you have forewarning of guest's needs.... unacceptable !
